Due to the nature of our products, GripMist does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

GripMist is not responsible for:

• Normal wear or misuse

• Customer preference after purchase

• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

• Delays caused by carriers
