SHIPPING POLICY

GripMist ships orders every Monday and Tuesday.


At checkout, customers may choose between UPS and USPS shipping options. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier selected and the customer’s location.


Please allow 3-5 business days processing time before your order ships. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor delivery status.


GripMist is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.


Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.


At this time, any shipping limitations or exclusions will be shown at checkout.

GRIPMIST PREORDER POLICY

Thank you for supporting GripMist. Due to high demand and limited inventory, select products may be offered on a preorder basis.

What Is a Preorder?

A preorder allows you to reserve your GripMist product before our next shipment arrives. Payment is collected at the time your order is placed to secure your spot in line.

Estimated Shipping Timeline

Preorder items are estimated to ship within 6–8 weeks (up to 2 months) from the date your order is placed. While we aim to ship sooner whenever possible, timelines may vary due to manufacturing, shipping carriers, customs, supply chain delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers will be notified via email and/or phone number provided at checkout regarding any important preorder updates.

Contact Information Requirement

To place a preorder, a valid email address and phone number are required. This information allows us to provide order updates, shipping notifications, and important preorder communications.

Failure to provide accurate contact information may result in delays in communication regarding your order.

Shipping Policy for Preorders

  • Preorder items will ship once inventory arrives and orders are processed in the order received.

  • If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, your entire order may ship together once the preorder item becomes available unless otherwise stated.

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Preorders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, preorder cancellations may be subject to review, as production and inventory planning are based on preorder demand.

Delays

In the event of an unexpected delay, GripMist will communicate updates through the email address and/or phone number provided during checkout.
